It is the will of Tunon's Court - mandated by Kyros and executed by the Adjudicator - that the Voices of Nerat is guilty of treason against the Overlord. Evidence and testimony have demonstrated that the Archon of Secrets' unbridled savagery and unwillingness to cooperate with an organized war effort have sown chaos and irrevocably damaged efforts to being Kyros' Peace to the Tiers.
By Kyros' law, the Voices of Nerat has spurned the tenets of Kyros' Peace, and is to be executed by the court's chosen headsman.
