The Culling Dance is a side quest in Tyranny. It is available:

• after completing the Rite of Savagery and Stone (interaction with Red-Fang);
• if the Young Fatebinder has the Hunter background;
• if the Fatebinder becomes the new Prima.

Synopsis

You have agreed to endure the Rite of Culling, a ritual for mystics, to impress Speaks-for-Soil, an Elder earth-mystic of the Beastman tribe that inhabits Stone Down.

Walkthrough

• Head to the Passage of Culling. Use the Elder-Teeth Necklace on the lode in the center. Defeat the Bane (3 Wisps).
• Use the necklace again, this time to spawn 3 Scourges and 1 Malice.
• Use it for the final time to spawn a Havoc supported by a Malice and two Wisps.
• Return to Speaks-for-Soil.
