Commander of the Vendrien Guard incursion at Edgering Ruins, Tarkis leads a desperate incursion to allow his forces to break out of the Valley and spill into the Tiers.
Encountered during Welcome to Ruin, Tarkis is a big man. If you negotiated peace during the Conquest, he will remark on it. There is no way to avoid fighting him; at best, he'll be regretful.
After being defeated and taking down the remaining Vendrien officer, you get to decide his fate.
Disfavored will request that he be executed by crucifixion, to act as a warning to the rest. You can later shorten his suffering by delivering the coup de grace.
Scarlet Chorus will instead ask for him to become their slave.→
