Jagged Maw Shrine is a location in Tyranny. It is unlocked by starting The Tiers Will Shake (Disfavored) or Battle at Jagged Maw Shrine (Scarlet Chorus). On the Anarchist path, this location is unlocked if you make a certain choice in At Any Cost.

Unlocking this location provides a piece of evidence against Graven Ashe for A Trial of Archons.

Background

Jagged Maw is a well-trafficked area, close to the outskirts of the region and a short distance from the region's few settlements. Beastmen have been fascinated with the area since Cairn's fall and the formation of the Stone Sea, believing the unusual rock formations to be tied to the dying Archon they revere. The heavy human presence here has driven them off, which has only increased tensions between them and local settlers.

Points of interest

• Welcome to the Stone Sea. If siding with the Disfavored, the area will be littered with corpses of slaughtered Beastmen and Chorus members. Find Radix Ironcore and Caedis just beyond the magical formations created by Cairn during his rampage. Touch the formation to learn the Sigil of Stone and +5 to Control Stone.

Interactions

In non-Disfavored paths, the Fatebinder often has to kill Caedis and his band of Disfavored.
