Description

Determines a character's ability to draw and control spells that use the Sigil of Frost. Higher skill values increase the chance of Hits and Crits.

Increasing the skill

1. Practicing with the Sigil naturally increases the skill.
2. Resting at a Spire provides a +5 bonus to all skills.
