Arcane Preservation is a quest in Tyranny.

Synopsis

The time has come to prepare for the ritual to drain the essence of Cairn and destroy what remains of the Archon of Stone.

Walkthrough

• Pick up three more Azurelith samples from the Stone Sea (eg. Stone Down Gorge or Gulfglow itself).
• Return to Radix or Isadora. Begin the Ritual.
• The Chorus attacks. Head out to the central plateau and kill the attackers, then realign the node. Lather, rinse, repeat at the quartermastery and then near the runic hall.
• Cairn is dead, but his essence is preserved.
• Talk to Radix or Isadora. If you want, harvest a piece of Cairn. Otherwise, return to Ascension Hall and Tarkis Arri.
